If a Dispute Comes Up

WakeAgain (CoreLabs) is a marketplace intermediary. The operator doesn't become a party to the deal and resolve or compensate issues on your behalf. Instead, here's the process to follow.

Key point Disputes between users are, in principle, resolved directly between the seller and buyer. The platform's role is limited to delisting, account action, and reasonable cooperation.

Step 1 · Contact the other party first

  1. After winning/closing a deal, check the seller's full contact info (phone/email) on the listing detail page. (Contact info is masked while the auction is live.)
  2. Leave the issue via in-app messaging (seller/bidder).
  3. No asset transfer before payment; negotiate based on the stated payment deadline and runner-up transfer terms. (The 1-hour auto-timer applies once payments are live · Terms Art. 12)

Step 2 · Report to the platform (rule violation · suspected fraud)

  1. Use "Report a problem" on the listing detail page for low quality, plagiarism, non-functioning, suspected fraud, etc. (Requires Lv2 · once per listing)
  2. Accumulated reports can lead to operational action like pausing the auction or suspending the account. This does not mean we compensate the loss on your behalf.
  3. Urgent/clear-cut fraud: email corelabs.studio@gmail.com with the listing link and situation. (Handled first · response info)

Step 3 · If it can't be resolved (external)

Disagreements about help tickets

Help tickets are a channel for the seller (creator) to provide guidance and explanation after a deal closes and the transfer happens. Neither the platform nor the creator guarantees further development, unlimited fixes, or ongoing development as a product. Disagreements over question scope, answer content, or ticket count are, in principle, something the buyer and seller work out between themselves, and platform operations does not mediate or evaluate their use or content.

That said, please use the Step 2 report/contact process for things like a fake listing, suspected fraud, terms violations, or payment/settlement failures — issues with deal rules or infrastructure.
