Terms of Use (English summary)
This page is a convenience summary in English. Until region-specific counsel review, the Korean Terms control.
Platform role
WakeAgain (operated by CoreLabs) is an intermediary marketplace for dormant digital projects. We are not a party to user-to-user transactions and do not guarantee quality, escrow completion, or asset transfer until payment rails (PG) and region rules are fully configured.
Article 12 — Asking price, offers, and sale agreement
Every listing carries an asking price set by the seller, who may change it while the listing is for sale. A buyer can either buy at the asking price or make an offer below it. An offer must be at or above the minimum price for the listing's condition grade and below the asking price. Offer amounts are public by default; they may be hidden if operations require it, and the site states which mode is in effect.
The seller may accept or decline an offer. Counter-offers are not supported. An offer the seller does not answer within 48 hours expires automatically. A buyer may make a new offer after a decline or an expiry, and may hold one pending offer per listing at a time.
Buying at the asking price, or the seller accepting an offer, forms a sale agreement at that amount, and any other pending offers on the listing are closed. The buyer must pay through the payment provider (PG) within 1 hour. Once payment is confirmed the seller transfers the assets and the buyer inspects and accepts them; if no objection is raised within the inspection window (48 hours), the sale is confirmed and settled automatically. If payment is not made in time, the sale agreement is void, the buyer's site credit score is affected, and the listing returns to “for sale” for the remainder of its listing period. The sale is not transferred to another offer automatically.
A listing runs for 7 days by default. A listing that does not sell within that period leaves the public board; re-listing requires a fresh review. WakeAgain may pause a listing on accumulated reports, suspected fraud, or terms violations. No core asset may be transferred before payment is confirmed, and live trading runs only through the payment provider.
Fees
Listing is free. On a successful sale, the seller pays a platform fee (currently 10% of the sale price, minimum ₩5,000 per deal), as described in the Korean terms (Article 13). The buyer pays only the agreed price (asking price or accepted offer). Transaction fees support fair and transparent trading for all users and the continued development of the site.
Accounts & age
Korea-facing operations require users to be at least 14. Global regions may set a higher gate (e.g. 16) via product config. Identity levels (email → profile → settlement) gate listing and deal completion.
Currency
Amounts are stored and settled in KRW until multi-currency payment is launched. USD/EUR figures in the UI are display conversions only.
